Eating well so far! Finding the myfitnesspal.com very helpful, to plan for substitute foods that I didn't quite have in cupboard. Quite like the meal plans, by Mish, but didn't quite manage to shop for all of it. Feeling comfortable that I can achieve similar meals, with similar calories and the balance of nutrients.
Today's exercise will be a DVD with Jillian Michaels, which know from experience is quite the killer!

Day 1
Officially kicked off with 1148 calories; a 35 minute bike ride lovingly supported by the honking of horns, obvious in their admiration of my bootylicious form. Did struggle with changing gears, crunched a few! Quite nervous when the bike lanes narrowed, too. No alcohol either! Good start, I say!

It begins
12 weeks to change my eating and drinking and exercising habits has officially started today, with the pre-season ....
So, I've stayed home today to get my headspace right and tomorrow when I go to Adelaide, I will walk the lake, eat healthy food and drink soda water with lime.
