Eating well so far! Finding the myfitnesspal.com very helpful, to plan for substitute foods that I didn't quite have in cupboard. Quite like the meal plans, by Mish, but didn't quite manage to shop for all of it. Feeling comfortable that I can achieve similar meals, with similar calories and the balance of nutrients.
Today's exercise will be a DVD with Jillian Michaels, which know from experience is quite the killer!
